After-sales and service

Our job doesn’t stop after delivery and commissioning. If you have any questions related to the delivered mooring and berthing equipment, we or our local team will help you. In case of troubleshooting, we can offer our call-out service or help out with remote technical support.  Furthermore, we can offer onsite inspection. We keep many spare parts in stock, which enables us to deliver them quickly.

Inspection & Maintenance for Mooring Systems

Regular inspection and maintenance are essential to extend the lifespan of mooring systems and reduce downtime. Marine equipment operates in tough environments, making proper servicing even more important.

A unique approach for load cell calibration

Proper load cell calibration is essential for safe and reliable maritime operations. Load cells in quick release hooks monitor mooring line forces, allowing timely intervention in heavy weather. Annual mandatory calibration, as per SIGTTO and OCIMF guidelines, ensures reliable data and prevents safety risks.
