Testing and certificates

We assure that our quick release mooring hooks and related equipment are tested before they leave our factory. Tests are performed in cooperation with our customers and can be witnessed by a third party of your choice. Furthermore all equipment can be supplied in accordance with ATEX / IECex , UL, and other regulations.

All hooks are tested on our calibrated 3,500 KN Hydraulic machine and undergo a release performance test at the safe working load. All factory and witness test certificates will be provided as part of your choice.

Commissioning and training

Our team of skilled service engineers ensures that installation and integration of our equipment runs smoothly by offering on-site commissioning service. In addition, we offer onsite training so that the people on location exactly know how to handle the equipment safely and correctly and are able to solve troubleshooting problems themselves. The training can be totally customized to your needs.

Inspection and maintenance

We all know that regular servicing and maintenance dramatically increases the longevity of equipment, as well as minimizing down-time. This is especially relevant for marine equipment constantly exposed to harsh environments.
 
Our dedicated Spares & Service team specialize in providing OEM spares, system upgrades and bespoke service packages. Our on-site support can include quick release hook servicing & coating preservation, calibration of load monitoring systems, electrical & software fault diagnosis and repair. We also offer site surveys and equipment inspections, to determine the best and most cost effective way to repair, upgrade or maintain your quick release hooks, Berthing Aid System and solar power system. Thanks to our recent collaborative agreement with Strainstall UK, all of these services now extend to any Strainstall and AMTS Quick Release Mooring hooks and Berthing Aid Systems..

We offer various maintenance and service options for our products. However, we highly recommend to conclude a maintenance contract. Our regular services will make sure that products are well maintained, safety issues are mostly discovered on time and products will have a longer lifespan.

After sales and service

Our job doesn’t stop after delivery and commissioning. If you have any questions related to the delivered mooring and berthing equipment, we or our local team will help you. In case of troubleshooting we can offer our call out service or help out with remote technical support.  Furthermore we can offer onsite inspection. We keep many spare parts on stock, which enables us to deliver them quickly.
