Traceability

One of the main topics in our quality assurance process is material traceability. First, we track the origin of all materials used in our products, from procurement to final production. In addition, our material traceability process includes unique identification, registration and marking, and the inclusion of materials certificates. Welding quality

We produce all parts of our mooring hooks in our own factory in Holland. This allows us to have complete control over the quality of our products and processes. An important part during the production of is welding. We use certified welders and perform non-destructive testing (NDT) on all welds to ensure quality. NDT is a type of testing that does not damage the weld, but is still able to detect flaws in the weld that could cause failure. All NDT reports are included in the construction file for each project.
