When a vessel is anchored securely to the dolphin, the real-time load value of each load cell is relayed instantly to the monitoring software. This electronic dashboard presents a lucid overview of the load across all lines. If these loads breach the set maximum thresholds, operators will receive instantaneous alerts, facilitating swift response.
The mooring loads and alarms can be viewed and recorded in various ways:
- Direct display(s) on the hook itself.
- A high-resolution TFT colour monitor located in the control room.
