600 metric tonnes test bench for the Smart Bollard

For our brand new Smart Bollards, we have designed and are producing a testing rig. Just like the Smart Bollard, this testing rig is a one of a kind.

Our testing rig features a full 360° horizontal and 0-60° vertical pulling angle capability, allowing it to handle forces of up to 600 metric tonnes. This exceptional piece of equipment is crucial for testing our bollards under conditions that closely mimic real-world scenarios. By pushing the limits of our bollards in a controlled environment, we ensure they meet the highest standards of durability and reliability.

This advanced testing process enables us to verify the proof load at all angles, eliminating the need for time-consuming on-site load tests.
