Exciting updates from our factory floor! Several impressive projects are reaching their final stages or are ready for shipment to destinations all over the globe.

Each piece of equipment has been crafted with precision and care, from design to production. Here’s a glimpse of what we’ve been working on:

▶1st project: On behalf of a well-known Dutch offshore client, we have prepared 2 pcs of 350T (!) Quick Release Mooring Hooks for FPSO installation, used for Tandem Mooring and Offloading operations. Both units are equipped with a Remote Release and Mooring Load Monitoring System, and a foundation for welding to the deck.

▶ 2nd project: A complete (FSRU) mooring system consisting of 8 pcs of 150T double, triple, and quadruple Quick Release Mooring Hooks. This project is for a newly built LNG terminal in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

▶3rd project: An Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) including a Central Monitoring System with MoorControl software for an LNG terminal in Germany.

▶4th project: A complete (FSRU) mooring system, including 22 pcs of various Quick Release Mooring Hooks, Mooring Load Monitoring, Environmental Monitoring System, and Central Monitoring. This one is also for a newly built German LNG Terminal.

▶5th project: We manufactured multiple quick-release towing hooks for various clients. These towing hooks ensure safe handling and operation and are primarily used on tugboats and workboats.

▶And last but not least: For several customers in Singapore, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and Germany, we designed, engineered, and manufactured a Berthing Aid System. The Straatman Berthing Aid System (BAS) is a standalone system designed to monitor vessel approach during final docking maneuvers, providing real-time data on vessel approach speed, distance, and angle to the dock.
