Alfa Terminal - Poland ready to be commissioned
After the summer of 2019 we have successfully completed and transported an order for quick release mooring hooks and a berthing aid system. Meanwhile our products have been installed by contractor F+Z Baugesellschaft on the Alfa Terminal in Szczecin - Poland. Our engineers will execute the commissioning and site acceptance tests of this project soon.
Quick Release Mooring Hooks
This order contained 10 sets of mooring hook units with integrated ATEX certified explosion proof capstans. Moreover, these mooring hooks have been equipped with our sophisticated remote controlled release system. Berthing Aid System
Besides our quick release mooring hooks, we have supplied a Berthing Aid System or so-called Docking Aid System as well. Straatman's Berthing Aid System is based on the latest laser technology and is supplied with industrial standardized software. For this project the display is executed as explosion proof, certified for hazardous area according ATEX and has a visibility up to 300 meters. Together with our high-tech software system including load monitoring system, Straatman's mooring systems add value to safe and efficient berthing operations.
