Straatman site inspection and system upgrade Strainstall

Our service engineers recently visited this terminal in Spain for a site inspection and system upgrade. The mooring and berthing system was originally delivered by Strainstall in 2006, and today, Straatman proudly maintains this expertise.

Since 2021, Straatman has managed all Quick Release Mooring Hook activities previously handled by Strainstall and AMTS. With in-house expertise, experience, and comprehensive documentation, we are prepared to support and enhance these systems globally.

350T Mooring Hook for FSO Nigeria

A new project completed at our factory: a red-painted 350-ton Quick Release Mooring Hook, ready for shipment to a respected offshore client in Nigeria. The unit will be installed on a Floating Storage and Offloading unit (FSO) and used during tandem offloading operations, where oil is transferred from the FSO to a shuttle tanker.
