Multiple Projects Ready for Global Delivery

It’s busy at the Straatman factory. Several major projects are now in the final stage or ready for shipment worldwide. Our team handled every step, from design to production, with full control and precision. As a result, each system meets strict quality and performance standards. Below is a snapshot of what we have recently completed.

Offshore mooring for FPSO operations

For a well-known Dutch offshore client, we prepared two 350-ton Quick Release Mooring Hooks. These units will be installed on an FPSO and used for tandem mooring and offloading operations. Both hooks include a Remote Release System and Mooring Load Monitoring. In addition, we integrated a weldable foundation for direct deck installation.

Complete FSRU system for Puerto Rico

We also completed a full FSRU mooring system for a new LNG terminal in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The system includes eight 150-ton Quick Release Mooring Hooks in double, triple, and quadruple configurations. This setup supports safe and flexible mooring of LNG vessels.

Monitoring systems for LNG terminal in Germany

For a project in Germany, we delivered an Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) combined with a Central Monitoring System. The system runs on our MoorControl software. Operators receive real-time data on environmental conditions and system status. This improves decision-making and operational safety.

Integrated mooring solutions in progress

In addition, we are finalising another complete FSRU mooring system. This project is currently in its last phase before shipment.
