Straatman recently completed the testing and delivery of three heavy-duty free-standing capstans for the Marina Bay Cruise Centre in Singapore. These 11 kW Safe Area capstans were carefully tested and transported by air freight to ensure fast delivery to the project site. The capstans will soon be installed at the cruise terminal berth. They will support safe and efficient mooring operations for large cruise vessels visiting Singapore.
