The terminal enables direct LNG imports into the German and European energy markets. This project strengthens Europe\u2019s energy infrastructure and supports the growing demand for reliable LNG supply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Strong cooperation with project partners<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Straatman worked closely with Depenbrock Ingenieurwasserbau GmbH &amp; Co. KG and Niedersachsen Ports GmbH &amp; Co. KG. This collaboration builds on the successful partnership during the Finkenwerder ship waiting area project. Following that project, Depenbrock once again selected Straatman as a trusted supplier for the terminal\u2019s mooring infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Complete mooring system supply<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Straatman supplied and integrated the <a href=\"https:\/\/straatmanmooringsystems.com\/mooring-systems\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">complete mooring system<\/a> for the terminal jetty. The system ensures safe and efficient berthing operations for large LNG vessels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The scope of supply included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>150-ton triple and quadruple <a href=\"https:\/\/straatmanmooringsystems.com\/mooring-systems\/captans\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Quick Release Mooring Hooks<\/a> with capstans<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <a href=\"https:\/\/straatmanmooringsystems.com\/mooring-systems\/berthing-aid-system\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Berthing Aid System (BAS)<\/a> for accurate vessel approach and positioning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An <a href=\"https:\/\/straatmanmooringsystems.com\/mooring-systems\/environmental-monitoring-system-ems\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Environmental Monitoring System (EMS)<\/a> for continuous monitoring of wind and weather conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <a href=\"https:\/\/straatmanmooringsystems.com\/mooring-systems\/moorcontrol\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Control and Monitoring System (CMS) <\/a>including Straatman\u2019s MoorControl software<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These systems work together to give operators full insight into the mooring process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Improving safety and operational efficiency<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The integrated system allows operators to monitor mooring loads, environmental conditions, and vessel approach data in real time. This improves decision-making during berthing operations. The Quick Release Mooring Hooks allow vessels to be secured safely while enabling fast and controlled release in emergency situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Supporting Europe\u2019s LNG infrastructure<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>With this project, Straatman helps strengthen the operational safety and efficiency of one of Germany\u2019s key LNG import terminals.
